We collect information from Demo Prospects to:
- Respond to inquiries and prepare customized demos
- Schedule and confirm demo appointments
- Send SMS or email reminders related to appointments
- Analyze lead interest and improve the onboarding experience
- Ensure compliance with marketing laws and SMS opt-in policies
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect different types of information depending on how you interact with MyListerHub.
1. From Platform Users
- Contact Details: Name, email address, phone number, company name
- Login Credentials: Username and password
- Marketplace Data: API tokens, listings, orders, and shipping data
- Payment Details: Billing address, subscription type, transaction history

2. From Demo Prospects

- Interaction Data: Website form submissions, ad responses, and behavioral tracking (e.g., which demo form was filled)
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information solely to deliver, support, and improve your experience with MyListerHub. Specifically, we may use the information to:
- Deliver and maintain our software platform
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Respond to demo requests and inquiries
- Send appointment-related notifications (SMS/email)

SMS COMMUNICATIONS
If you’ve submitted a demo request or form, we may use SMS strictly to confirm and remind you of your appointment.

- Purpose: SMS messages are used only to help you manage your scheduled demo. No promotional or marketing texts will be sent.
- Geographic Limit: Messages are sent only to North America (U.S. and Canada).
- Opt-In Required: You must check a clearly labeled opt-in box on our form before receiving any SMS messages.
- Message Source: SMS messages are sent from a registered toll-free number (subject to carrier approval and verification).
Supported SMS Keywords:
- CONFIRM – Confirms your attendance for the demo
- RESCHEDULE – Prompts a reschedule link or call
- CANCEL – Cancels your booked appointment
- STOP – Opts you out of further SMS reminders
- HELP – Requests a call back from our team
To Opt Out: Simply reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts will be sent.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
We use your email address to provide service-related updates and communications. Your interaction with us (as a demo prospect or a platform user) determines the type of emails you may receive.
We may send you emails to:
- Confirm your demo booking and share meeting details
- Send reminders, onboarding guides, and platform usage tips
- Notify you of system updates, service changes, or technical issues
- Provide product announcements, new feature alerts, and optional promotional content (only if you opted in)
Managing Email Preferences:
- Unsubscribing from Marketing Emails: Click the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any promotional email.
- Managing Notifications: If you’re a registered platform user, you may customize your email preferences (e.g., disable daily summaries, set feature alerts) directly from your account settings dashboard.
